By installing and using My Canned Notes Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the extension.
By accessing or using My Canned Notes Pro ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and do not use our services.
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You must not:
Pro subscription plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel at any time from within the Extension's Subscription tab.
Free tier users receive 10 AI credits per month. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Pro subscribers receive unlimited AI credits subject to fair-use policies. We reserve the right to rate-limit usage to protect service stability.
Your notes and templates are stored locally on your device by default. Pro users who enable cloud sync agree to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All content, code, and branding related to My Canned Notes Pro is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific AI output quality. Use the Extension at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
